摘要
基于绿色生产和绿色发展理念,从经济、绿色和运作三个方面建立钢铁行业绿色经济效益评价体系,选取宝山钢铁公司为研究对象,以突变级数法为手段,对其2013~2017年的绿色经济发展情况进行评价。研究结果表明:虽5年间整体绩效呈波动趋势,但总体绩效维持较好水平,具有一定的提升空间。
Based on the theory of green production and green development, this paper established a performance evaluation system of green economy for iron and steel industry from three aspects of economy, green and operation , selected the Baosteel Group Corporation as the research object, and assessed the green economy performance of it from 2013 to 2017 by the Catastrophe Progression method. Results showed that the overall performance presented a fluctuant trend during the five years, but it maintained a good level and had some room to improve.
