摘要
对建筑供应链进行绩效评价可以有效提高建设项目的整体绩效和建筑企业的核心竞争力。考虑建筑供应链的财务状况、顾客满意度、内部运营能力、敏捷性、学习和成长五个方面,建立了包含5个一级指标、15个二级指标的建筑供应链绩效评价指标体系,提出了BP神经网络模型对建筑供应链绩效进行评价的方法。以青岛某施工企业2017年12个月的数据作为样本,进行学习后,预测了该企业2018年1月和2月的供应链绩效,结果证明了该方法的可行性。
Performance evaluation of the construction supply chain can effectively improve the overall performance of the construction project and the core competitiveness of the construction enterprise. Based on the relevant literature, Considering the five aspects of the financial status, customer satisfaction, internal operation ability, agility, learning and growth of the construction supply chain, a building supply chain performance evaluation index system including five first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators was established. BP neural network model was adopted as the evaluation method of building supply chain performance. The feasibility of this model was verified by taking the data of a construction enterprise in Qingdao as a sample. The results of the example demonstrated the feasibility of the method.
