摘要
施工阶段是建设项目实现工程价值的最重要阶段,也是人、财、物投入量最大的阶段,该阶段是工程造价控制中不可或缺的一部分。通过对宁波学府花园项目施工阶段造价控制的措施研究,从合同管理、签证与索赔、甲供材料、正确处理工期与质量及造价三者的关系四方面进行阐述,希望为同类建筑企业施工阶段造价控制提供参考依据。
The construction stage is the most important stage to realize the project value of the construction project,and also the stage with the largest amount of human,financial and material input. This stage is an indispensable part of the cost control of the project. Based on the study of the cost control measures in the construction stage of Ningbo Xuefu Garden Project,this paper elaborates on four aspects: contract management,visa and claim,A-supply materials,correct handling of the relationship between construction period,quality and cost,hoping to provide reference for cost control in the construction stage of similar construction enterprises.
