摘要
对BIM的相关概念进行了论述,探讨了BIM的核心技术,分析了目前工程造价精细化管理现状,并且进行了相关探究,望以此对工程建设动态监管,确保工程造价精细化管理落到实处,为建筑业的长远发展奠定基础。
The related concepts of BIM are discussed,then the core technology of BIM is discussed,the current situation of fine management of engineering cost is analyzed,and the relevant research is carried out,in order to dynamically supervise engineering construction,ensure the implementation of fine management of engineering cost,and lay a foundation for the long-term development of construction industry.
