摘要
文章依托“双一流科学研究评价中心”,在系统总结教育界已有工作经验、意见及建议的基础上,提出了一种用知识体系驱动企业科技创新的新方法,即“双一流企业知识服务平台4.0”。这有助于提升企业在知识体系构建、知识管理、基础研究、前沿研判、科技创新、成果出版等领域的科技竞争力。
Based on Science Research and Assessment Center of“Double First-class”,this paper reviews systematically the progress of the development in the academic and journal fields and presents a novel method of enterprise technology innovation driven by knowledge system,which is called enterprise knowledge service platform V4.0 of“Double Firstclass”.This study helps to enhance the technological competitiveness of enterprises in various aspects,such as knowledge system construction,knowledge management,basic research,cutting-edge research,scientific and technological innovation,publication of academic achievements.
