CD3^-CD19^+B淋巴细胞及BAFF在自身免疫性溶血性贫血发病中的变化 被引量:3

Change of CD3^-CD19^+B cells and B-cell activating factor in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia

摘要 目的:探讨自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)患者CD3^-CD19^+B细胞及外周血B淋巴细胞活化因子(BAFF)的表达及其在该病发病中的意义。方法:选择22例AIHA患者和14例健康志愿者为研究对象,用流式细胞术检测外周血CD3^-CD19^+B细胞的比例;ELISA方法检测血清中BAFF的水平。结果:AIHA及健康志愿者的CD3^-CD19^+B淋巴细胞的比例分别为(15.79±5.32)%、(11.38±3.17)%,BAFF浓度分别为(627.9±138.6)ng/L、(397.2±95.3) ng/L;AIHA患者CD3^-CD19^+B细胞的比例及血清中BAFF的浓度均高于健康志愿者(P<0.05)。结论:AIHA患者外周血CD3^-CD19^+B细胞的比例及BAFF浓度升高,提示外周血CD3^-CD19^+B淋巴细胞及BAFF可能参与AIHA的发病过程。 Objective:To investigate the count of CD3^-CD19^+ B lymphocytes and levels of B-cell activating factor(BAFF) in peripheral blood in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemi(AIHA),and analyze the significance of these two indicators in AIHA.Methods:A total of 22 AIHA patients and 14 healthy controls were enrolled.Flow cytometry was used to determine the expressions of CD3^-CD19^+ B lymphocytes in peripheral blood,and enzyme-1 inked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was performed to measure BAFF level.Results:The percentage of CD3^-CD19^+ B lymphocytes in PBMCs of AIHA patients was higher than that from healthy controls[(15.79±5.32)% vs.(11.38±3.17)%](P<0.05).However,patients of AIHA had higher concentration of BAFF than the control subjects[(627.9±138.6)ng/L vs.(397.2±95.3)ng/L](P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of CD3^-CD19^+ B lymphocytes and levels of BAFF are significantly increased in AIHA patients,suggesting that CD3^-CD19^+ B lymphocytes and BAFF may play certain role in the pathogenesis of AIHA.
