摘要
花椒是我国特有的香料、药用植物,食用品种主要来源于花椒(红花椒)与竹叶花椒(青花椒)。农药残留、重金属污染等问题是制约花椒产业持续健康发展的主要因素,无公害生产是保障花椒品质的有效措施。本文综述了无公害花椒栽培的环境质量要求、良种选择、种苗培育、整形修剪、合理施肥、病虫害综合防治、采收方法与无公害质量标准体系,以指导和规范花椒栽培技术,提高花椒品质。
Sichuan Pepper is a unique spice and medicinal plant in China. The edible species mainly come from Zanthoxylum bungeanum(Red Sichuan Pepper) and Z. armatum(Green Sichuan Pepper). Pesticide residues and heavy metal pollution are the main factors restricting the sustainable and healthy development of Sichuan Pepper industry. Nonpollution production is an effective measure to ensure the quality of Sichuan Pepper. In this paper, the environmental quality requirements, selection of improved varieties, seedling cultivation, pruning, rational fertilization, integrated pest and disease control, harvesting methods and pollution-free quality standard system were reviewed. This paper will guide and standardize the cultivation to improve the quality of Sichuan Pepper.
