摘要
城市核心区是城市主要公共设施的集中区域,也是市民进行社会活动的中心。对核心区立体过街设施布局规划方案落实到控制性阶段有助于规划管理部门审批工作的开展,能够避免传统过街设施布点规划深度不足的弊端。提出立体过街设施布局控制性规划的思路和方法,并对控制性原则和相关控制要素进行全面分析。以广州天河核心区为例,通过剖析人行过街设施现状及存在的问题,提出过街设施宏观布局优化方案,给出人行过街设施的流量预测模型和预测结果。据此,通过控制立体过街设施方式、用地范围、规模、型式、配套设施等实现相关控制要求。
Urban core area is the area where the city’s main public facilities are concentrated in,as the center of the citizens’ social activities.The implementation of the layout plan for the elevated crossing-street facilities in the core area will help the planning management department to carry out the approval work,and avoid the shortcomings of the traditional over-the-counter facilities layout.This paper puts forward the ideas and measures of the layout control planning of the elevated crossing-street facilities,and comprehensively analyzes the control principle and related control elements.Taking Guangzhou Tianhe core area as an example,through analyzing the existing problems of pedestrian crossing facilities,the paper proposes an optimization plan for crossing facilities’ macro layout,and gives the traffic forecasting model and forecast results of pedestrian crossing facilities.According to these,controlling the elevated crossing-street facilities and area of land use,the scope,scale,type,and supporting facilities are required to achieve relevant control requirements.
