Sonic hedgehog信号通路在口腔颌面部的研究进展

摘要 Hedgehog信号通路最早被发现于果蝇胚胎发育的研究中,而在哺乳动物中共发现了3种Hedgehog家族的成员,它们分别是Sonic hedgehog(Shh)、Desert hedgehog(Dhh)和Indian hedgehog(Ihh)。随后的研究证实Sonic hedgehog信号通路在胚胎发育、机体组织器官的形成中有着重要作用[1-2],该信号通路的异常可导致口腔颌面部发育的缺陷。
