低分子肝素对胚胎反复种植失败患者子宫动脉血流的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察低分子肝素对胚胎反复种植失败患者子宫动脉血流灌注的影响,并探讨其可能机制.方法实验组为胚胎反复种植失败患者32例,对照组为首次行IVF-ET助孕临床妊娠者32例,观察两组的子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)和收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(S/D)的情况,实验组应用低分子肝素治疗,观察其对子宫动脉血流的影响.结果实验组的子宫动脉阻力指数和收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速明显高于对照组(P<0.01),低分子肝素能够降低胚胎反复种植失败患者的子宫动脉阻力指数和收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(P<0.01).结论低分子肝素能够改善胚胎反复种植失败患者的子宫动脉血流灌注.
