摘要
党章是党内普遍的行为规范,是党的根本大法,它规定党的重要制度和体制机制,约束和指导党员的行为,具有绝对的权威性。所以全党必须要学习党章,遵守党章。同时,党章也是我们党保持先进性的重要保障,指导思想的与时俱进、对社会发展规律的判断、对方针政策的适时调整、对自身建设的全面加强,正是我们党能始终保持先进性的根本原因所在。一部完善、规范的党章一定会对维护党内秩序、促进党的发展发挥积极作用。
The state has its laws and the party has its rules. The Party Constitution is the general code of conduct within the party and the fundamental law of the party. It stipulates the important systems and mechanisms of the party, constrains and guides the behaviors of party members and is absolutely authoritative. So the whole party must study and abide by the party constitution. Meanwhile, the party constitution is also an important guarantee for our party to maintain its advanced nature. The fundamental reason why our party can always maintain its advanced nature lies in keeping pace with the times, judging the laws of social development, timely adjusting policies, and comprehensively strengthening its own construction. A complete and standardized party constitution will certainly play a positive role in maintaining the inner-party order and promoting the party′s development.
