摘要
系统可持续发展的目标之一就是在各个子系统之间建立一种稳定的协调发展状态。本文分析能源—经济—环境系统间的关系,设计系统发展水平指标体系,对系统间发展的协调状态进行测度与评价。
One of objects of sustainable developmental system is establishing a steady and coordinate developmental state in subsystems. In this article, the author analyzes the relationships in energy, economy and environment, designs the indicator system, and measures the coordinate developmental state in systems.
