摘要
某高寒地区公路隧道全长6 995m,具有严寒缺氧、围岩富水破碎,且进口段位于偏压地段等施工难点。本隧道偏压破碎带采用新奥法施工。通过分析坍塌原因,制定反压回填、施作管棚、增设锁脚锚管、封闭成环、加强监控量测等坍塌处理措施,采取径向注浆、施作护拱、增强支护、加强监控量测的变形处理措施,提出采用超前地质预报、加强监控量测的坍塌变形预防措施,取得良好效果。
The length of a highway tunnel in an alpine region is 6 995 m,featuring severe cold and anoxic,water-rich and fragmented rock,and the inlet section locates in a biased section. In this paper,the tunnel bias crushing zone is constructed by the new Austrian method. Through the collapse process,the reasons for collapse are analyzed and the treatment measures for backpressure backfilling,pipe shed construction,adding anchor pipe with locking feet,closing into a ring and strengthing monitoring and measurement are formulated. Then the measures of radial grouting,arch protection,strengthening support and monitoring are taken. Finally,the preventive measures of collapse deformation are adopted,and obtains a good result.
