高校共青团培养大学生创新能力路径探析

摘要青年大学生群体以思维活跃、时代性强等优势成为新时期创新的生力军。大学生创新能力培养是高等教育的重要内容,共青团作为高校最重要的青年群众组织,需要将培养青年学生的创新能力作为一项重要的战略任务。本文阐明了高校共青团在大学生创新能力培养中的作用,从学生、学校、社会等方面分析高校共青团对大学生创新能力培养的影响因素,并对高校共青团培养大学生创新能力工作的发展趋势进行预测,提出以创新型人才培养目标为核心,以机构机制健全和团干部队伍建设为保障,以第二课堂素质拓展和创新实践实训为着力点,以创新能力培养绩效评价机制、项目化管理机制和“双导师”指导机制为实施重点的“七位一体”的大学生创新能力培养路径,以期为拓宽高校共青团培育大学生创新能力的路径提供参考。 College students have become the new force of innovation in the new era with active thinking and strong features of their times. The cultivation of college students’ innovation ability is the core content of higher education. As the most important youth mass organization in colleges and universities, the Communist Youth League needs to take the cultivation of young students’ innovation ability as an important strategic mission.This paper firstly expounds the role of college Communist Youth League in the cultivation of college students’ innovative ability. In the following it probes into the influencing factors of innovative ability cultivation of college students from three perspectives: the students, school and society, based on which the development trend is predicted. In the end, a “Seven in One” approach is proposed:to cultivate the innovative abilities of college students, college Communist Youth League should focus on training innovative talents with the institutional mechanism and the team building as the guarantee;extracurricular learning and innovation practices should be seen as the focus;performance-based assessment, project-based management and double-supervisor system should be used as the key point in practices. It is hoped that this paper can provide research reference of broadening the effective paths of college Communist Youth League in cultivating innovative abilities of college students.
