摘要
站在以高职学生步入社会后的长远发展的视角,从高职院校毕业典礼寄语中探究高职学生核心素养的发展内涵能提升高职人才培养质量。通过对103所高职院校2018届毕业典礼寄语文本的NVivo软件质性分析,根据317个节点编码分布和材料覆盖率,发现责任担当是高职院校负责人在毕业典礼寄语中最为关注的核心素养,匠心、专注、奋斗和梦想是核心素养发展的主题。同时也发现人文底蕴缺失是当代高职核心素养培育中的通病。
From the perspective of the long-term development of higher vocational students entering the society, and exploring the development of the core literacy of higher vocational students from the speeches in graduation ceremony of higher vocational colleges can improve the quality of higher vocational talents training. Through the NVivo software qualitative analysis of the texts of the 2018 graduation ceremony of 103 vocational colleges, and according to the code distribution of 317 nodes and the material coverage, it is found that the responsible responsibility is the core literacy of the heads of higher vocational colleges in the speeches of the graduation ceremony. Originality, concentration, struggle and dreams are the theme of core literacy development. At the same time, it is also found that the lack of humanistic heritage is a common problem in the cultivation of core literacy in contemporary higher voca? tional colleges.
