摘要
目的:分析观察克感利咽口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:将2018年4~9月于本院门诊或急诊进行治疗的180例急性上呼吸道感染的患者随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各90例。试验组口服克感利咽口服液,对照组口服阿昔洛韦片,两组都进行常规治疗,疗程5d。结果:临床疗效比较,试验组的有效率为81.11%,对照组为67.78%,试验组的临床疗效好于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;根据两组的中医症候分析,试验组和对照组的有效率分别为90.61%和79.63%,试验组的中医症候疗效优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。治疗期间没有严重不良反应。结论:克感利咽口服液对急性上呼吸道感染的治疗具有显著疗效。
Objective:Analyze and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Kegan Liyan Oral Liquid in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods:180 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection who were treated in our outpatient or emergency department from April to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,90 in the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received oral sensitized pharyngeal oral solution,and the control group received oral acyclovir tablets. Both groups were treated routinely for 5 days. Results:Compared with the clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the experimental group was 81.11%,and the effective rate of the control group was 67.78%. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. According to the analysis of TCM symptoms of the two groups The effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 90.61% and 79.63%,respectively. The TCM symptom of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. No serious adverse events occurred during the treatment. Conclusion:Kegan Liyan Oral Liquid has a significant effect on the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection.
