摘要
通过对新旧土地利用分类的产生背景、分类原则及其依据、体系、含义等方面进行对比,表明两种不同的分类体系是在不同的社会经济背景下产生的,有各自的优点和缺点。同时,针对新分类中存在的问题,提出了相应的建议,以求不断地完善和充实。
This paper analyzes the differences between the new and old land use classifications in terms of background,classification principles, system of land classification, and the means of classification, drawing a conclusion that both new land use classification and old land use classification have their advantages and disadvantages. The paper also presents corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the new system of land classification.
