摘要
豨莶草所含化学成分主要包括二萜类、倍半萜类、黄酮类化合物等。现代药理研究证明,豨莶草具有抗炎镇痛、抗脑缺血损伤、心血管保护、降血糖等药理作用,临床用于风湿性关节炎、血瘀型腰椎间盘突出、脑梗死、急性肠炎等疾病的治疗。本文对近年来菊科植物豨莶草化学成分、药理活性研究及其临床应用方面进行归纳总结,为豨莶草深入研究和开发利用提供参考。
The main chemical constituents of Herba Siegesbeckiae consist of diterpenes,sesquiterpenes,flavonoids and so on.Pharmacological studies have shown that Herba Siegesbeckiae has anti-inflammatory analgesic effect,anti-cerebral ischemia injury,cardiovascular protection and antidiabetics effect.It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis,lumbar disc herniation caused by blood stasis,stroke and acute enteritis in clinical.In this paper,the chemical compositions,pharmacological activity and its clinical application are summarized.It is aimed to provide a reference for further research and utilization of Herba Siegesbeckiae.
