摘要
目的了解2007-2016年山东省广饶县围产儿出生缺陷情况。方法收集广饶县2007-2016年孕满28周的围产儿情况调查表、出生缺陷卡,以及5岁以下儿童死亡卡,分析出生缺陷发生情况和死亡情况。结果广饶县2007-2016年围产儿出生缺陷的发生率(/万)分别为64.86、63.62、80.35、89.54、58.24、59.51、84.35、64.85、43.16、48.72,10年总发生率为64.04/万;出生缺陷种类占前三位的是多指(趾)、先天性心脏病和总唇裂;5岁以下儿童死亡中出生缺陷儿占比30.16%。结论广饶县2007-2016年出生缺陷的发生率总体比较平稳,出生缺陷是导致5岁以下儿童死亡的重要原因。应重点加强对先天性心脏病和总唇裂的预防。
Objective To analyze the birth defects(BD)of perinatal children in Guangrao,Shandong in 2007-2016.To understand the situation of perinatal birth defects in guangrao county,Shandong province from 2007 to 2016.Methods The data of perinatal infants at least 28 gestation weeks,BD records and death records of children under 5 years old in Guangrao from 2007 to 2016 were collected to analyze the incidence and death of birth defects.Results The incidence of perinatal BD in Guangrao from 2007 to2016 was 64.86/10,000 births,63.62/10,000 births,80.35/10,000 births,89.54/10,000 births,58.24/10,000 births,59.51/10,000 births,84.35/10,000 births,64.85/10,000 births,43.16/10,000 births,48.72/10,000 births,respectively,and with a total incidence of 64.04/10,000 births.The top three types of BD were polydactyly,congenital heart disease,and cleft lip and palate.BD accounted for 30.16%of deaths among children under 5 years old.Conclusion The incidence of BD in Guangrao was stable from2007 to 2016.BD is the major cause of death among children under 5 years old.The prevention of congenital heart disease and cleft lip and palate should be reinforced in the future.
