摘要
随着互联网技术的快速飞跃和智能手机的普及,网络社交互动平台发展日新月异,赌博随即踏上“互联网+”这趟互联网新时代的快车,逐渐从现实生活转入网络空间。花样繁多的网络赌博不断“换装”出现,参赌者不用见面,只需轻松操作电脑和手机就可以感受到财富倏忽来去的“刺激”,令人目不暇接。然而,网络赌博给参赌者身心、生活、工作和家庭带来的巨大伤害无与伦比,加上同样基于网络平台而生的非法网贷,两者相伴相生,更让赌博的人们输得倾家荡产,生不如死。因此,网络赌博严重影响社会和谐安定,人民群众痛深恶绝,重拳打击、精准防控此类违法犯罪行为迫在眉睫。
With the rapid leap of Internet technology and the popularity of smart phones,the development of online social interaction platforms is changing with each passing day.Gambling immediately embarks on the"Internet+",the fast-moving new Internet era,and gradually shifts from real life to cyberspace.A wide variety of online gambling continues to"dress up",and gamblers do not have to meet each other.It is only a matter of how easy it is to operate the computer and the mobile phone to feel the"stimulus"of the fortune of wealth.However,online gambling is unparalleled for the tremendous harm caused by the gambler's body and mind,life,work and family.Together with the illegal online loan that is also based on the online platform,the two are accompanied by each other,which makes the gambling people lose their lives.It is better to die.Therefore,online gambling seriously affects social harmony and stability,and the people are deeply hurt,and it is extremely urgent to crack down on such crimes and prevent and control such illegal and criminal actions.
