摘要
网络赌博犯罪日益蔓延,既有社会原因,也有个人原因。网络赌博犯罪活动呈现出新的发展态势:投注对象多样化、发展会员的自动化、伪装性更大等。网络的虚拟性、隐蔽性以及跨国性等特点使得网络赌博的治理面临较大的困境。我们要完善相关刑法理论和禁赌法律,加强网络监管,提高证据收集技术和能力,切断网络赌博的利益链条,加强国际合作,以遏制网络赌博的发展。
Gambling crime at internet is spreading for both social and personal reasons. Internet gambling activities shows a new trend： the object betting diversification,development of members of automation,greater camouflage,and so on. Nature of the online gambling,virtual network,concealment and cross-border,bring the management greater difficulties. We should improve the relevant theory of criminal law and the prohibition of gambling laws,strengthen the network supervision and improve evidence collection techniques and the ability to cut off internet gambling interests chain,strengthen international cooperation to curb the development of online gambling.
