阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练在心胸外科实习护生中的应用效果 被引量:25

摘要 目的 探讨阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练在心胸外科实习护生中的应用效果。方法 将2016年9月至2017年9月在我院心胸外科实习的21名护生设为对照组,2017年10月至2018年10月在我院心胸外科实习的25名护生设为研究组,对照组实施常规护理带教方式,研究组实施阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练。比较两组护生专业理论知识、临床操作技能、综合能力成绩。结果 研究组常见疾病、发病机制、术前访视内容、并发症、出院宣教评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床应变能力、案例分析能力、护患沟通能力、无菌操作技术评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组主动学习能力、逻辑思维能力、知识理解能力、职业素质能力、团队合作能力评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在心胸外科实习护生中应用阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练,可有效提高其专业理论知识、临床操作技能及综合素质,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of phased target teaching combined with scenario simulation training in nursing students of cardiothoracic surgery department. Methods To select 21 nursing students who had internship in the cardiothoracic surgery department of our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 as the control group. We selected 25 nursing students who had internship in the cardiothoracic surgery department of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as the study group. The control group was given the routine nursing teaching method, while the study group was given the phased target teaching combined with the scenario simulation training. We compared the theoretical knowledge, clinical operation skills and comprehensive ability scores of the two groups of nursing students. Results The common diseases, pathogenesis, content of preoperative visits, complications, discharge propaganda and education ,and total scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). The clinical resilience ability, case analysis ability, nurse-patient communication ability, aseptic technique and total scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). The active learning ability, logical thinking ability, knowledge understanding ability, professional quality ability, teamwork ability and total scores in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of phased target teaching combined with scenario simulation training in cardiothoracic nursing students can improve their professional theoretical knowledge, clinical operation skills and comprehensive quality effectively, thus having clinical application value.
