摘要
为提高国内项目的管理水平,研究采用多层次灰色模型对项目的QHSE(质量、健康、安全、环境)管理进行评价。多层次灰色模型是层次分析法和灰色关联度法相结合的一种方法,其弥补了仅使用单个方法的不足,又将两者的优势相结合。对青岛地铁项目的研究表明,结论与实际情况相符。
In order to improve the management level of domestic projects, a multi-level grey model is adopted to evaluate the project in terms of four aspects, i.e., quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) management. The multi-level grey model combines Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis. It quantifies the data to offer results that are low in possibility of oversubjectivity and reinforces the advantages of both analytical methods while as avoiding the explicit shortcomings.In the study, this paper take Qingdao subway project as the research subject. Compatible with the current situation, the model is proved to be feasible and reliable. Therefore, it provides a new method for the research of QHSE management.
