摘要
为了推动冰雪运动在四川省的普及,促进冰雪产业的发展,助推国家“3亿人上冰雪”战略目标的实现,运用实地考察和专家访谈等方法,对四川省冰雪文化现状与发展对策进行了探讨。通过实地考察,提炼出四川省冰雪文化现状及其存在的问题,冰雪运动普及程度较低,冰雪相关体育活动开展及宣传较少,冰雪产业处于初级阶段。最后提出以“轮转冰”为切入点,大力普及冰雪运动;积极开展和宣传冰雪体育文化活动;把地域、民俗与冰雪文化相互渗透融合等四川省冰雪文化的发展策略,为促进四川省冰雪产业的发展提供理论参考。
In order to promote the popularization of ice and snow sports in Sichuan Province, promote the development of ice and snow industry , promote the realization of the national "300 million people on ice and snow" strategic goals,and use field trips and expert interviews to discuss development situation and countermeasures of ice and snow culture in Sichuan Province. Through field trips,lhe current situation of ice and snow culture in Sichuan Province and its existing problems were extracted. The popularity of ice and snow sports was low, the activities and publicity related to ice and snow activities were less, the ice and snow industiy was in primary stage. Finally, it is proposed to use ** inline skating turn to ice skating*' as the entry point, vigorously popularize the snow and ice movement;actively conduct and publicize the ice and snow sports and cultural activities;integrate the regional, folklore and ice and snow culture into the development strategy of Sichuan ice and snow culture ,and promote the ice and snow industry in Sichuan Province and provides a theoretical reference.
