摘要
随着2022年北京冬奥会的日益临近,国家对发展冰雪运动的支持力度不断增大,社会对冰雪运动的关注度也逐渐升温,“北冰南移”再次体现出它的战略价值和意义。通过对南方地区冰雪运动发展现状的分析,找出存在的冰雪运动场地设施匮乏、当地政府对冰雪运动不重视、群众参与冰雪运动的社会文化氛围不足等问题,提出政府引导、市场主导、冰雪组织协助、学校培养、个人参与等多元主体结构共同合作的形式,通过投入各自的优势资源,构建相互依赖的协同运行机制,有效解决遇到的问题,推进冰雪运动在南方地区不断发展。
With the approach of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the support of the state for the development of ice and snow sports is deepening,and the attention of the society to the ice and snow sports is gradually warming up.The"North ice moving to the South"once again reflects its strategic value and significance.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of ice and snow sports in southern China,this paper finds out the problems such as the lack of venues and facilities,the local government’s neglect of ice and snow sports,and the lack of social and cultural atmosphere for mass participation in ice and snow sports.It puts forward the multi subject structure of government guidance,market-oriented,ice and snow organization assistance,school training and individual participation to cooperate and invest in each other In order to promote the continuous development of ice and snow sports in southern China,we should build an interdependent cooperative operation mechanism to effectively solve the problems encountered.
