摘要
目的:深入了解社区卫生服务中心家庭医生助理日常工作体验,反映其对从事工作的真实感受,为医疗机构管理部门提供参考。方法:于2018年11~12月,运用现象学研究方法,通过目的抽样对上海市某区6所社区卫生服务中心11位家庭医生助理进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果:家庭医生团队中家庭医生助理工作涉及面广且工作量相对较大;家庭医生助理工作中专科护理特色不明显;家庭医生助理缺乏归属感及职业认同感,希望提高专业水平和待遇。结论:需通过优化人力配置、注重专业培养、明确职能归属、建立合理绩效分配制度等帮助家庭医生助理进行职业定位,提高职业认同感。
Objectives: To learn day to day work experiences of assistant family doctor in community healthcare center and give reference for policy making. Methods: According to phenomenonology theory, and based on purpose sampling, 11 assistant family doctor in 6 community healthcare centers were selected and received a semi-structured interview. Colaizzi 7 step method was used to analyze the data. Results: Assistant family doctor in family doctor team got a cumbersome and heavy workload, had few special nursing skill, lack of career satisfaction and wanted to improve professional skill and a better pay. Conclusions: It is considered to optimize human resources allocation,strengthen profession skill training, clear post responsibility, build rational performance allocation system and promote career satisfaction of assistant family doctor in community healthcare center.
