夏热冬冷地区的三星级绿色建筑施工实践 被引量:1

摘要 结合杭州中天钱塘银座工程项目,对夏热冬冷地区三星级绿色建筑的实现进行了积极的探索和研究。项目采用了屋顶花园、能源塔热泵空调、太阳能热水系统、雨水回用系统、空气品质监控系统、能耗监测系统等绿色技术措施,在节能、节地、节水、节材和保护环境等各方面均达到了较高水平,取得了我国绿色建筑三星级设计标识认证。 Combined with the Hangzhou Zhongtian Qiantang Ginza project, the realization of threestar level green building in hot summer and cold winter areas is actively explored and studied. The project adopts the green technical measures such as roof greening, energy tower heat pump air conditioner, solar water heating system, rainwater reuse system, air quality monitoring system, energy consumption monitoring system, etc., which reaches a high level in energy saving, land saving water saving, material saving and environmental protection, etc. and obtains three-star level design identification certification of green building in China.
