某二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器NVH性能预测及优化 被引量:5

摘要 对某款处在产品设计阶段的二级圆柱斜齿轮减速器进行了性能预测及优化研究。在NVH性能预测方面,应用Romax软件预测齿轮-转子系统的振动响应,得到了6个轴承的力响应;以轴承响应力为激励,通过有限元法得到壳体的振动响应;采用MATV方法,对壳体的辐射噪声特性进行预测,得出该减速器有产生较大噪声的风险。提出采用轴-齿形-壳体的综合优化方法对减速器进行了优化。仿真结果表明,该优化方法使壳体的噪声辐射大大降低。 It is a study on a two-grade helical cylindrical gear reducer in the phase of product design.Interms of NVH performance prediction,firstly,we used theRomax software to forecast the gear-rotor system vibration response and got the 6 bearings’force response;and then taking bearings’forces asexciting forces,the vibration response of the shell was obtained by finite element method;finally,by MATV method,it predicted the radiated noise characteristics of the shell,and it is known that the reducer has the risk of producing larger noise.We came up with an integrated optimization method with shaft-tooth-shell to optimize the reducer.Itcan be seen from the simulation results that the optimization method makes the noise radiation of shell reduced greatly.
