摘要
重型变速箱在商用车的传动系统中占重要地位,其好坏能直接影响到驾驶的舒适性和操纵性。为适应商用车大功率发动机的发展趋势及匹配需要,文章通过分析某重型变速器齿轮传动的结构与特点,最后归纳了变速箱的常见故障及原因分析,提出了在变速器设计中的主轴浮动及润滑措施,为变速箱异响故障诊断、变速箱设计提供依据和参考。
Heavy duty transmissions play an important role in the transmission system of commercial vehicles,as their quality directly affected driving comfort and handling.In order to adapt to the development trend and matching needs of high-power engines in commercial vehicles,this article analyzes the structure and characteristics of a heavy-duty transmission gear transmission,and finally summarized the common faults and cause analysis of the gearbox,The spindle floating and lubrication measures in the transmission design are proposed.This can provide a basis and reference for the diagnosis of abnormal noise faults in the gearbox and the design of the gearbox.
