医院人事档案管理中数字化信息的应用及其有效性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨医院人事档案管理中数字化信息的应用及其有效性分析。方法选取2017 年12 月—2018 年10 月复旦大学附属金山医院职工的干部人事档案600份作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=300)和观察组(n=300)。对照组采取常规管理方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用数字化信息管理,1 个月后对医院职工的干部人事档案的保存进行评估,比较两组人事档案管理质量评分、信息提取有效性和资料安全性。结果管理前两组干部人事档案完整度、入职编码准确性和干部资料准确性评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在数字化信息管理后1 个月干部人事档案完整度、入职编码准确性和干部资料准确性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。经过1 个月医院人事档案管理后,观察组人事档案信息提取有效性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干部人事档案经过1 个月管理后,观察组信息转移、输入板技术、转换技术和典藏技术的安全性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将数字化信息用于医院人事档案管理中,能有效提高资料管理质量,信息提取速度快,资料保存安全性高,值得推广应用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the application and effectiveness analysis of digital information in hospital personnel file management. METHODS A total of 600 cadres and personnel files of the staff of Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from December 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The random number table was used to divide into the control group(n=300)and the observation group(n=300). The control group was given a routine management method. The observation group used digital information management on the basis of it. The cadre personnel file of the hospital staff was saved after 1 month. The personnel file management quality scores,information extraction effectiveness comparison and data of these two groups were compared. RESULTS There was no significant difference in the integrity of the personnel records,the accuracy of the entry code and the accuracy of the cadre data between these two groups(P>0.05). The coding accuracy and cadre data accuracy scores of the observation were higher than the control group(P<0.05). After 1 month of hospital personnel file management,the observation group personnel file information extraction efficiency was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). After 1 month of management of the cadre personnel files of these two groups,the safety of the observation group information transfer, input plate technology, conversion technology and collection technology were higher than the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The use of digital information in hospital personnel file management could effectively improve the quality of data management,fast information extraction and high data storage security,which was worthy of promotion and application.
