摘要
为了更好执行煤矿所规定的各项安全制度,控制企业安全隐患,杜绝各类安全违章现象,切实做好煤矿安全管理工作,保障员工人身安全,降低事故发生率及人员伤亡、财产损失,探讨了KPI原理应用煤矿管理体系的意义与实用性,研究了煤矿安全管理的现状,运用了AHP方法、SEM模型、专家打分法及主观分析法,以KPI绩效考核为基础,结合煤炭企业实际情况探索和构建了企业安全管理绩效考核指标体系。结果表明,该研究有利于构建更完善的企业安全管理文化体系,加强企业安全管理力度,提高煤炭企业安全水平和工作效率。
In order to better implement the various safety systems stipulated by coal mines,control the hidden dangers of enterprises,eliminate all kinds of safety violations,do a good job in coal mine safety management,protect the personal safety of employees,reduce the accident rate,casualties and property losses. The significance and practicability of the application of coal mine management system by KPI principle were discussed. The status of coal mine safety management was studied. Based on KPI performance appraisal,using the AHP method,SEM model,expert scoring method and subjective analysis method,the enterprise safety management performance appraisal index system was explored and built combined with the actual situation of coal mine enterprises. The results showed that the research was conducive to building a more complete enterprise safety management culture system,strengthening enterprise safety management,and improving the safety level and work efficiency of coal mine enterprises.
