摘要
公共数字文化治理能力是一个涉及文化的多层次多维度的综合性概念,也是一个内涵深厚和外延广泛的复合性概念。文章试图从它是理念性概念、制度性技术性概念、文化治理模式概念、公众活动方式概念及综合能力形态概念等方面入手给予其具体的概念界定。从整合互动的状态呈现、自我调适的过程描述、互惠关系的建构手段与公共利益的调整方式等四个维度具体阐述其内涵。以此为基础,辨明其与文化治理能力、社会数字文化能力、数字文化软实力等相关概念的区别和联系,为其后续研究及学术演进提供学理支撑。
The ability of public digital culture governance is a comprehensive concept involving multiple levels and dimensions of culture. It is also a complex concept with profound connotations and extensive extensions. This paper attempts to define its concept based on its conceptual concept, institutional technical concept, cultural governance model concept, public activity mode concept and comprehensive capability form concept. Its connotation is elaborated from four dimensions: the state of integrated interaction, the description of self-adapted process, the construction method of reciprocal relationship and the adjustment of public interest. Based on this, the paper analyzes the differences and connections between the concepts of cultural governance, social digital culture and digital cultural soft power to provide academic support for the follow-up research and academic evolution.
