摘要
图档博融合发展提供公共数字文化服务有利于完善公共文化服务体系,提高公共文化服务效能。文章运用文献、访谈和案例等多种方法,探讨图档博融合发展提供公共数字文化服务的依据,分析图档博融合发展提供公共数字文化服务存在的问题,据此提出加快关联资源库建设、制定统一标准规范、完善制度保障机制、充分利用数字技术、共同搭建服务平台、设计多元体验空间、形成新媒体联动机制等。
The integrated development of libraries archives and museums to provide public digital cultural services is conducive to improving the public cultural service system and improving the of public cultural service efficiency.Using the method of literature,interview and case,this paper discusses the basis for the integrated development of libraries,archives and museums to provide public digital cultural services,analyzes the problems for the integrated development of libraries,archives and museums to provide public digital cultural services.On this basis,it proposes that accelerating the construction of associated resource libraries,formulating unified standards and norms,improving institutional safeguard mechanisms,making full use of digital technology,jointly building service platforms,designing diversified experiential spaces,and forming new media linkage mechanisms are the basic countermeasures for libraries,archives and museums to provide public digital cultural services by integrated development.
