摘要
目的探讨麦肯基疗法治疗腰痛的效果。方法40例腰痛患者随机分为传统组和麦肯基组,各20例。传统组采用传统腰背肌功能锻炼联合常规理疗干预,麦肯基组在常规理疗的基础上进行麦肯基疗法干预。观察2组干预前及干预后1、2、3、4周疼痛程度。结果干预后1、2、3、4周,2组腰痛较干预前减轻,且麦肯基组腰疼较传统组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传统腰背肌功能锻炼(五点式支撑)的基础上增加麦肯基疗法,能进一步效缓腰椎间盘突出症症引发的疼痛。
Objective To investigate the effect of McKenzie method in the treatment of low back pain. Methods Totally 40 patients with low back pain were assigned to the traditional treatment group and McKenzie treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. All patients received low back muscle exercise and routine care, and those in the McKenzie treatment group were given extra management with McKenzie method. The degree of low back pain was assessed by Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) before intervention and at,1,2,3, 4 weeks after intervention. Results The NRS score was decreased in both two group after intervention, and was lower in the McKenzie treatment group than that in the traditional treatment group at,1,2,3, 4 weeks after intervention, respectively ( P <0.05). Conclusion In addition to the systematic back muscle exercise, the McKenzie method is effective to relieve the low back pain caused by lumbar disc herniation.
