摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸对气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者症状、超声及血液流变学的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2017年8月收治的130例气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各65例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上加用桂枝茯苓丸治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效及超声检查结果;检测并比较2组患者血液流变学指标。结果治疗后2组患者子宫压痛、输卵管条索、子宫厚度、腰腹酸痛、白带增多等症状积分均较治疗前显著下降(P <0. 01),且试验组均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。治疗后2组患者血清盆腔包块、盆腔积液及附件增粗发生率均较治疗前显著减少,且试验组显著少于对照组(P <0. 01)。治疗后2组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、红细胞比积水平均较治疗前下降(P <0. 01),且试验组均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论桂枝茯苓丸治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎可有效缓解患者临床症状,治疗后超声检查结果显著改善,血液流变学指标趋于正常,因此值得在临床进行推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling pill on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis type and its effect on ultrasound and hemorheology in patients.Methods 130 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type from January 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and the patients in the experiment group were treated with Guizhi Fuling pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect and ultrasonic examination results of the 2 groups were compared,and the hemorheology indexes of the 2 groups were detected and compared.Results After treatment,the scores of uterine tenderness,tubal strands,thickness of uterus,pain of waist and abdomen,increase of leucorrhea in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment,Incidence of pelvic mass,pelvic effusion and adnexal thickening in the 2 groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,and the number of patients in experiment group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity high shear,whole blood viscosity low shear,hematocrit decreased than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the experiment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Guizhi fuling pills can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.After treatment,the results of ultrasonic examination were significantly improved,and the hemorheological indexes tend to be normal,so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
