摘要
目的 :观察用分期推拿结合针刺疗法治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果。方法 :将山东省聊城市第二人民医院接诊的100例小儿秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例患儿。对两组患儿均进行常规的对症治疗。在此基础上,为治疗组患儿采用分期推拿结合针刺疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患儿痊愈的时间和中医证候积分。结果:治疗后,治疗组患儿痊愈的时间短于对照组患儿,P <0.05。治疗1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d后,治疗组患儿的中医证候积分均低于对照组患儿,P <0.05。结论 :用分期推拿结合针刺疗法治疗小儿秋季腹泻能够显著改善患儿的临床症状,促进其康复。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of staged massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods: 100 children with infantile autumn diarrhea admitted to liaocheng second people's hospital in shandong province were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 children in each group. Conventional symptomatic treatment was performed in both groups. On this basis, the children in the treatment group were treated with staged massage combined with acupuncture therapy. Then the recovery time and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the recovery time of children in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, P < 0.05. After treatment for 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 4 d and 5 d, the TCM syndrome scores of children in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the treatment of autumn diarrhea in children with staged massage combined with acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and promote their recovery.
