摘要
目的:探讨术后家庭支持康复在全髋关节置换术后的应用价值。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予术后家庭支持康复,术后所有患者随访1年,比较2组护理前后髋关节Harris评分变化情况,术后恢复情况及随访期间出现的相关并发症。结果:护理干预后,观察组髋关节Harris评分明显高于干预前,和干预后对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后卧床时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后使用助步器时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组随访期间发生深静脉血栓、关节脱位及关节挛缩的总比例显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对全髋关节置换术后实施家属参与术后康复,可显著提高手术治疗效果,改善髋关节功能,减少并发症。
Objective:To explore the application values of postoperative family support rehabilitation to the patients after total hip replacement(THR).Methods:Eighty patients were randomized into two groups,40 cases each group,the control group accepted conventional care,and the observation group postoperative family support rehabilitation based on conventional care,all the patients were followed for one year,to compare Harris scores before and after the care,postoperative rehabilitation conditions and the related complications during the period of follow-up between both groups.Results:After nursing intervention,Harris scores of the observation group were obviously higher than these before the intervention,and these of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The observation group was less than the control group in the time of staying in bed after the operation(P<0.05),less than the control group in overall hospitalization time(P<0.05),and the time of using ambulatory aid after the operation(P<0.05),the observation group was less than the control group in total incidences of deep vein thrombosis(DVT),joint dislocation and articular contracture significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementa-tion of family support rehabilitation after THR could notably raise therapeutic effects after the surgery,improve hip function and reduce the complications.
