摘要
紫苏既是我国传统的中草药原料,也是民间常用的烹饪调料、食物原料,在人们生活的各个方面都具有极大的价值。国外很早就对紫苏进行了深度的开发利用,我国紫苏资源丰富,但对其研究利用却远落后于国外。文章就紫苏的活性成分、药理作用、在养殖业中的应用以及国内外的研究现状作以综述,并展望了发展前景。
Perilla is not only the traditional Chinese herbal medicine raw material,but also the common folk cooking seasoning and food raw material,which has great value in every aspect of people’s life.Perillahas been deeply exploited and utilized abroad for a long time,but the research and utilization of Perilla in China,which is rich in Perilla resources,lags far behind that in other countries.In this paper,the active ingredients,pharmacological action,application in aquaculture and research status at home and abroad of Perilla were summarized,and the development prospect was prospected.
