摘要 学风建设是一项系统工程,辅导员、任课教师、学生家长、朋辈互助员和学生主体是学风建设系统工程中的关键节点,依据学院主导、师生联动、家校互动、疏督结合的原则,构建"四位一体"学风建设协同机制,最大限度调动各方面积极性,多维度强化约束力量,形成抓学风促学风的强大合力,最终达到引导在校大学生自主学习和自我教育,积极主动投身到学风建设中来,切实增强实效性,确保学风建设系统工程持续良性发展。 The construction of learning style is a systematic project. Counselors, teachers, parents, peer helpers and students are the key nodes in the construction of learning style. Based on the principles of school-led, teacher-student interaction, home-school Interaction and supervision, a four-in-one cooperative mechanism of learning style is established in order to mobilize maximally the enthusiasm of all aspects of, to strengthen the binding force in many dimensions, to form a strong joint force in promoting the learning style, and ultimately to guide university students to study independently and educate themselves, actively participate in the construction of the style of study, effectively enhance the effectiveness, and ensure the sustainable and sound development of learning style construction system.
