摘要
对阴火学说的实质及特发性膜性肾病病机特点进行探讨,为阴火学说运用于特发性膜性肾病的临床实践提供理论依据,并提供临床验案。临床观察发现,以阴火学说为指导,建立以健脾益气、祛风除湿和络的新治法,可以较好解决膜性肾病治疗上的扶阳容易助热、泻火易伤阳的临床难题,临床疗效较好。
In this paper, the essence of the theory of Yin -Fire and the characteristics of idiopathic membranous nephrotic pathogenesis are discussed, which provides a theory evidence for the clinical practice of diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy by using the Yin-Fire theory, and provides two clinical cases. The clinical observation showed that, with Yin-Fire theory as the guide, the treatment method of strengthening spleen, invigorating Qi, expelling wind and removing can be used to improve the therapeutic effect.
