摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO_2)杂化材料;通过提拉法将其分别涂覆于载玻片及聚乙烯(PE)薄膜表面,经鼓风干燥箱干燥后制得杂化亲水薄膜。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、接触角测试仪等手段对杂化薄膜的结构与性能进行了分析与表征。结果表明,PVA与nano-SiO_2相容性良好,有碳—氧—硅键生成; nano-SiO_2粒子分散在PVA基底中,形成了一种微纳结构;杂化薄膜的水接触角为22. 4°,具有良好亲水性; 60℃下,涂覆杂化材料的PE薄膜持续流滴时间大于两个月。
Polyvinyl alcohol( PVA)/nano-silicon dioxide( nano-SiO2) hybrid materials were prepared by sol-gel method,which were respectively coated on the surface of glass slides and polyethylene( PE) film by the lifting method. The structure and properties of thin films were characterized by fourier infrared spectroscopy( FTIR), scanning electron microscope( SEM), atomic force microscope( AFM)and contact angle tester. The results show that PVA is well compatible with nano-SiO2,and C-O-Si bond is formed. Nano-SiO2 particles are dispersed in PVA substrate,forming a micro-nano structure. The contact angle of hybrid thin film is 22. 4°,which shows excellent hydrophilia. Moreover,the drain time of hybrid material is more than two months at the temperature of 60 ℃.
