摘要
采用改性纳米二氧化硅,利用熔融挤出法制备出聚乙烯醇/纳米二氧化硅复合薄膜,考察了纳米二氧化硅粉体对复合薄膜综合性能的影响。结果表明,改性纳米二氧化硅粉体在聚乙烯醇薄膜中分散均匀,纳米二氧化硅粉体的加入可使聚乙烯醇薄膜的熔融温度降低10℃左右,热分解温度提高30℃,断裂伸长率提高为原来的142%,耐水性提高为原来的2.4倍,且当纳米二氧化硅粉体的添加量在0.3%以上时,聚乙烯醇薄膜材料在200 nm^280 nm波长范围内的紫外线透过率均为零。
The composite films of polymer-polyvinyl alcohol/nm-silica were prepared by means of melt extrusion using nm-silica modified. The effect of nm-silica on composite films was studied systematically. It indicates that nm-silica modified is dispersed uniformly,nm-silica modified can reduce melting peak temperatures of composite films by 10 ℃, increasing thermal breekdown temperatures by 30 ℃, increasing elongation of composite films to 142%, increasing resistance to water to 2.4 double. The rate of penetration of ultraviolet ray of composite film is zero in wavelength of 200 nm-280 nm with the amount of modified nm-silica above 0.3%
