基于跳仓法施工的混凝土大底板应力仿真模拟 被引量:1

Stress Simulation of Massive Concrete Base Plate Based on Sequence Method Construction

摘要 利用有限元技术,分别模拟混凝土底板浇筑的2种施工方案,即设置后浇带的传统方法和不设置后浇带的跳仓法施工。经对混凝土一年内的应力变化进行跟踪分析,并基于许用应力法判定准则检验混凝土的开裂状况,结果表明:在较短龄期内跳仓施工法引起的底板应力较后浇带方案稍大,但在长龄期内两者应力结果趋于一致。 The finite eleme nt tech no logy is used to simulate two kinds of constructio n schemes for concrete base plate pouring, that is, the traditional method of setting post-pouring band and the concrete sequenee method without setting post-pouri ng band. The stress variation of con Crete within one year is tracked and an alyzed, and the cracki ng status of con Crete is checked based on the criterion of allowable stress method. The results in dicate that the base plate stress caused by the sequence construction method is slightly larger than that caused by the post-pouring band scheme in a shorter age period, but the stress results of the two tend to be consistent in a longer age period.
