摘要
针对离心通风机最常发生故障的叶片、主轴关键零部件进行受力仿真分析,建立其三维模型,然后利用ANSYS进行有限元分析。从结果显示,系统的构件中存在着不同程度的不合理性,可以结合有限元技术,进行最优化的设计,为通风机的设计改进提供依据,降低故障率。
According to the blade of centrifugal ventilator which is the most common fault,the key parts of the spindle are simulated and analyzed,and the three-dimensional model is established,and then the finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS.The results show that there are different degrees of irrationality in the components of the system,which can be combined with finite element technology to optimize the design of the fan,provide the basis for the improvement of the fan design,and reduce the failure rate.
