摘要
目的探讨多媒体病例结合PBL教学法在心肌梗死教学中的应用。方法选择2017年2月—2018年6月在心内科实习的2015级临床医学专业全日制专科生50名作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各25名。对照组学生实施常规心肌梗死教学,观察组心肌梗死教学中应用多媒体病例结合PBL教学法,对比两组学生教学结束后考核结果。结果观察组急性心肌梗死知识与技能考核显示,专科基础知识得分(39.25±9.26)分、实践应用技能得分(39.26±8.31)分和总分(80.69±15.13)分均高于对照组的[(32.36±11.56)分、(30.23±9.61)分、(64.15±21.34)分],组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论心肌梗死教学中采用多媒体病例结合PBL教学法,可有效提升教学效果,提高教育质量。
Objective To explore the application of multimedia cases combined with PBL method in the teaching of myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 50 full-time clinical medical students of grade 2015 who were interned in cardiology from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 students in each group.The control group was given routine teaching of myocardial infarction.Multimedia case-based learning combined with PBL teaching method was used in the teaching of myocardial infarction in the observation group.The results of the two groups after the end of teaching were compared.Results The knowledge and skills assessment of acute myocardial infarction in the observation group showed that the scores of specialized basic knowledge(39.25±9.26)points,practical application skills(39.26±8.31)points and total scores(80.69±15.13)points were higher than those of the control group[(32.36±11.56)points,(30.23±9.61)points,(64.15±21.34)points],and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia case-based learning combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of myocardial infarction can effectively improve the teaching effect and the quality of education.
