心内科护理教学中多媒体互动式教学的应用效果观察研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在心脏内科护理教学中应用多媒体互动式教学的效果和作用。方法将某院于心脏内科实习的184名护士平均分为两组,试验组和对照组各有护生92例,其中实施多媒体互动式教学的92例护生为试验组,实施传统讲述式带教的92例护士为对照组,对比分析两组护生的综合素质和教学工作满意度。结果试验组护生对教学工作满意度(97.82%)明显高于对照组(89.10%),试验组专科理论(98.91%vs85.86%)、专科操作(97.82%vs82.60%)、知识掌握情况(91.30%vs72.82%)、解决问题能力(96.73%vs80.43%)明显好于对照组,数据对比存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论采用多媒体互动式教学对心内科护生进行护理教学,能够提高护生综合素质和对教学工作的满意度,取得的临床教学质量较高。 Objective To explore the effect and function of multimedia interactive teaching in cardiology nursing teaching.Methods The 184 nurses who practiced in the cardiology department of a hospital were equally divided into two groups,there were 92 nursing students in the experimental group and the control group,among them,92 nursing students who implemented multimedia interactive teaching were the experimental group,the 92 nurses who practiced traditional narrative teaching were the control group,the comprehensive quality and teaching job satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing students in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with teaching work(97.82%)than the control group(89.10%),the experimental group’s specialty theory(98.91%vs85.86%),specialty operation(97.82%vs82.60%),knowledge mastery(91.30%vs72.82%),and problem-solving ability(96.73%vs80.43%)were significantly better than control group,there were statistical differences in data comparison,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of multimedia interactive teaching for nursing students in the Department of Cardiology can improve the overall quality of nursing students and their satisfaction with the teaching work,and the clinical teaching quality achieved is high.
