摘要
为提高施工总承包模式下深化设计管理水平,解决因工作流复杂、各专业工作密集导致的协调难和监督难的问题,融合BIM的协同理念和技术手段创新深化设计管理,对深化设计管理组织架构再设计,梳理和完善深化设计工作流,建立深化设计管控体系.在项目实例中,制定基于Cloud-BIM协同管理制度,分类整理深化设计重难点矩阵,建立三级深化设计体制,实施多专业协同优化,最后提交深化设计成果.结果证明基于BIM的深化设计管理过程效果良好.
In order to improve the management level of construction general contracting for detailed design and solve the difficulties of coordination and supervision caused by the complex work flow and intensive work of various specialties, the management mode of detailed design is innovated by combining the collaborative ideas and technological means of BIM. The organization structure is redesigned, the work flow is sorted and improved, and the management system is established. In the project case, cooperated management system based on Cloud-BIM is analyzed, the matrix of key problems and difficult problems is sorted, the system of three-level detailed design is established, and the collaborative optimization of multi-specialties is put into practice. The detailed design results prove the effect of detailed design management process based on BIM.
