摘要 本文研究将BIM技术应用于核电站核岛土建施工全过程,通过该工程BIM技术的实施,将从BIM技术、管理和人才等多个方面满足国家大规模核电建设需要,提供各方面的资源储备,为后续核电站建设的BIM应用提供借鉴。本文通过对BIM钢筋建模插件的开发,能够快速建立不规则的钢筋模型,且能结合现场进行钢筋下料,导出料单;核岛土建施工逻辑复杂,采用BIM技术对复杂节点进行物项交叉密集部位干涉分析,通过施工逻辑分析,对不可实施的节点提出修改与优化;钢结构施工要求精度标准高,结合BIM深化出图,导入设备,提高加工标准,减少误差。 This paper studies the application of BIM technology in the whole process of nuclear island civil construction of nuclear power station,through the implementation of BIM technology of this project,it will meet the needs of national large-scale nuclear power construction from BIM technology,management and talents,and provide resource reserves in all aspects,so as to provide reference for the BIM application of subsequent nuclear power station construction.In this paper,through the development of BIM reinforcement modeling plug-in,it can quickly establish irregular reinforcement model,and can combine with the site for reinforcement cutting,and export material list;the logic of nuclear island civil engineering construction is complex.BIM technology is used to analyze the interference of complex nodes in the cross dense parts of items.Through the construction logic analysis,the modification and optimization of nodes that cannot be implemented are proposed;steel structure construction requires high precision standard,combined with BIM deepening drawing,import equipment,improve processing standard,reduce error.
