摘要
探索并分析临床上常规使用的具有保肾功能的中成药中的部分中药对糖尿病肾病的保护作用。通过大量阅读相关被涉及的中药功效及西医机制的研究文献,从中总结这些中药对糖尿病肾病的保护作用。并证实这些已被应用于保肾中成药中的单味中药对糖尿病肾病保护作用是明确的。这些中药是保肾中成药中起决定以及关键性作用的成分,并且其中医保肾作用及西医对肾脏功能的保护及延缓是毋庸置疑的。
To explore and analyze the protective effect of some traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic nephropathy. The protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic nephropathy is summarized through a large amount of literature related to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and the mechanism of western medicine.lt is confirmed that these single herbs have been used to protect the kidney and have clear protective effect on diabetic nephropathy. These traditional Chinese medicines play a decisive and crucial role in the traditional Chinese medicine for protecting the kidney, and there is no doubt about the effect of the medical insurance on the kidney and the protection and delay of the kidney function by western medicine.
