摘要
目的中风又称作脑卒中,据调查在我国平均每年脑卒中患者高达315万人,致残率高达70%,重残率高达35%,脑中风后的康复研究一直是热门的课题。本研究通过对治疗前后中风偏瘫患者的平衡参数、肢体运动功能、上下肢肌力、平衡功能以及生活质量等方面进行疗效评估,探究中医针灸干预对中风偏瘫患者的影响。方法本研究选取2016-12-01-2017-05-01鞍山市长大医院确诊为脑中风的100例患者作为研究对象。根据患者治疗意愿及主治医生指导意见分为康复组和康复针灸组,各50例。康复组在基础性治疗上加用康复治疗,康复针灸组在康复组治疗基础上加用中医针灸治疗。分别对两组进行为期3周的连续治疗。并对治疗后两组平衡参数、肢体运动功能、上下肢肌力、平衡功能以及生活质量等方面进行疗效评估。结果治疗后,康复针灸组各项平衡参数均优于康复组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。康复针灸组治疗后肢体运动功能评分为(80.46±15.82)分,优于康复组的(60.54±11.21)分,t=-7.264,P<0.001;上下肢肌力为(3.78±1.11)级,优于康复组的(2.42±0.72)级,t=-7.268,P<0.001;平衡功能评分为(50.29±8.34)分,优于康复组的(46.44±9.96)分,t=-2.095,P=0.038。康复针灸组治疗后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、情感职能、社会职能和精神健康等生活质量评分均优于康复组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论中医针灸联合康复对中风后遗症患者肢体偏瘫方面的康复有可靠疗效。
OBJECTIVE Stroke is also called brain stroke.According to the survey,the average number of stroke patient in China is 3.15 million a year,the disability rate is as high as 70%,and the heavy disability rate is as high as 35%.Rehabilitation research after stroke has been a hot topic.This study is to evaluate the effects of TCM acupuncture intervention on stroke patients with hemiplegia by evaluating the balance parameters,limb motor function,upper and lower extremity muscle strength,balance function and quality of life before and after treatment.METHODS This study selected 100 patients with a stroke diagnosed in Anshan City Changda Hospital from December 1,2016 to May 1,2017.According to the patients willingness to treat and the guidance of the attending doctor,they were divided into rehabilitation group and rehabilitation acupuncture group,50 cases in each group.Fundamental treatment was performed in both groups of patients.Patients in the rehabilitation group were treated with rehabilitation therapy,and patients in the rehabilitation acupuncture group were treated with Chinese medicine acupuncture on the basis of treatment in the rehabilitation group.Two groups of patients were treated consecutively for three weeks.Efficacy evaluation was carried out on the balance parameters,limb motor function,upper and lower limb muscle strength,balance function and quality of life of the two groups after treatment.RESULT The balance parameters after treatment of the rehabilitation acupuncture group were better than that of the rehabilitation group,all P<0.05.After treatment,the limb motor function score of the rehabilitation acupuncture group was(80.46±15.82),which was better than that of the rehabilitation group(60.54±11.21),t=-7.264,P<0.001.The upper and lower limb muscle strength was(3.78±1.11),which was better than that of the rehabilitation group(2.42±0.72),r=-7.268,P<0.001.The balance function score was(50.29±8.34),which was superior to the rehabilitation group(46.44±9.96),t=-2.095,P=0.038.The quality of life(physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health,energy,emotional function,social function*mental health)of the rehabilitation acupuncture group was better than that of the rehabilitation group,all PV0.05.CONCLUSION Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with acupuncture has a reliable effect on the rehabilitation of limb hemiplegia in stroke patients with sequelae.
